Description: The water is pristine and nice and cool. . This paddle is a great opportunity for a recreational paddler.
NOTE: $10 PARKING FEE AT ROGERS PARK
Once we finish and load, we can either walk or drive across the bridge to the Upper Deck Cafe
The Upper Deck Cafe is expecting us at about 1 pm. If you do not plan to go to lunch, please let Cheryl know via email or text.
Location: Park and launch at Rogers Park, 7244 Shoal Line Blvd, Spring Hill, FL 34607 - NOTE: $10 PARKING FEE AT ROGERS PARK
Upper Deck Cafe, 5386 Darlene St., Weeki Wachee, FL 34607
Schedule: Friday, July 18, 2025 - Meet at 8:30 am - Launch at 9:00 am || Return about 12:30 pm || Lunch at Upper Deck Cafe about 1:00 pm

Difficulty: Level 1/2 - Since we are paddling up, turning around and paddling back, the maximum distance is 11 miles.
If you prefer a shorter paddle, just let Cheryl or Jill know. You can turn around sooner and meet us at the restaurant. Therefore, this paddle is a great opportunity for a recreational paddler. The biggest obstacles will be other paddlers / boaters.

Required / suggested / restricted: Required: touring and sea kayaks are welcome, 12' or longer; PFD worn; spray skirt optional,
Suggested: Water, sunscreen, insect repellant, closed-toe water shoes, snack, and money for lunch.
