Dunedin Causeway to North Honeymoon Island - Level 3

Description: We'll paddle from Dunedin Causeway out the pass and north along Honeymoon Island to the north end, maybe going on to Three Rooker. Spend some time on the beach for a snack/lunch break before returning to the Causeway around not later than 1:30.
Location: Dunedin Causeway just past (west) the kayak rental
Schedule: Wednesday, February 8th. Meet at 9:00 and be GONE by 9:30
Additional information: No charge for parking on the beach, no water connections for boat cleaning
Difficulty: Level III, distance of 8 to 11 miles, some in open water, may be choppy, must have open water skills (See Skills Self Assessment Chart link below for level assignment)
Required: Sea kayak at least 15' with water-tight bulkheads, decklines, and spray deck; no inflatable PFDs. Bring lots of water/sports drink, lunch, sunscreen.
