Description: Meet at 9:30 to launch at 10:00 for a leisurely paddle through the mangrove trail. Will be narrow requiring some ducking at times. Most any boat will do. Late lunch at Crab Shack (11400 Gandy Blvd) after the paddle.
Tides: Low 12:52a (-0'3"), High 5:12p (2.9ft)
Location: Weedon Island Pier at the end of Weedon Island Drive. If the parking there is filled the next nearest lot is 500 yds away (drop off boat, park, walk)
Schedule: May 5th, meet at 9:30 for a 10:00 launch. Anticipate about 3 hour paddle.
Difficulty: A Recreational Level paddle of about 4 miles. Do need good boat handling through the narrow trails.
