Unfortunately, the board has had to cancel the picnic and its paddles this month due to red tide at the War Veterans' Memorial Park and other parts of the Tampa Bay area.
The picnic will be at noon at shelter No. 5 at War Veterans' Memorial Park, 9600 Bay Pines Blvd., St. Petersburg.
Picnic Paddles : Recreational - Led by Hank Brooks. Meet at 8:30 a.m. for a 9:00 launch. Level 2 - Led by Phil Sheesley. Meet at 8:30 a.m. for a 9 a.m. launch.
