Description: Meet Al Tillson at 9:30 a.m. on Friday June 11th to launch at 10 a.m. from the Pinellas side of Gandy Bridge near Urban Kai and the Getaway. We’ll paddle south in the bay and along the eastern edge of Weedon Island Preserve.
Paddling west into the Snug Harbor area afterward may be an option if some want additional mileage. We’ll paddle about 3 hours at a leisurely pace with a stop midway for lunch.
Requirements: Boats should have deck lines and/or grab loops and sealed bow and stern flotation.
