Note : Paddlers must have sit-in kayaks at least 15 feet long and no inflatable PFD's please.

Description: Meet at Arrowhead Campground in Ft. DeSoto Park at 9:30 a.m. We will paddle across a very busy boat channel to explore some mangroves and then stop for rest and a bite of lunch on the back side of Shell Key. Depending on the wind and waves we may venture onto the Gulf side of Shell Key before heading back.
Paddle Difficulty: The total distance of this paddle will be about 7 miles across open water.
