Meet at 9 a.m. at Ft. Hamer Park in Manatee County, 1605 Ft. Hamer Road, Parrish, FL 34219. We will launch by 9:30 am. The park is about 7 miles east of Ellenton. We will be exploring the upper Manatee River, it islands and it's water trails. Bring your curiosity, lunch and your usual kayak safety gear.
Difficulty: Level II We will be paddling about 10 miles at 3.5 mph
