Meet Al Tillson at Stonehenge near the Pinellas side of Gandy Bridge at 10:30 AM for an 11:00 launch on Wednesday March 21st for a paddle north toward the Howard Franklin. We’ll be close to shore some but not all of the time. The later launch time will get us a better tide level, and we can explore some mangrove areas, possibly including a quarter mile long tunnel. About 3-4 hours at a leisurely pace with a stop midway for lunch.
For beginners and up who are comfortable paddling in the open bay. Optional Druid rituals on the beach for those who linger later.
