Meet at Dunedin Causeway just west of the kayak shop for a 9:00am launch to paddle through the mangrove tunnel on the bayside of Caladesi Island and for a stop on a spoil island for a snack break. My guests on this trip will be Bill and Mary Burnham of Burnham Guides who lead multi day trips in the Keys, SW Florida, Virginia, Costa Rica and Portugal so you might hear some fun stories. And anyone who is interested can join us at the nearby tiki bar afterwards.
PFDs must be worn at all times. Boats must be 15’ or longer with bulkheads. Please be sure to register on web site or RSVP to Cynthia for notification of changes or cancellation due to conditions.
Difficulty: Level II, Distance will be 6-8 miles, possible heavy chop in open areas.
